Hari has been with Kilroy’s for eleven years and is now the heart and soul of the place! As Dining Hall Captain, he welcomes everyone with a winning smile and ensures that you have a memorable time. Once you meet him you’ll never forget him and he in turn never forgets a face; he guarantees it!

Head Chef

K.C. has been working at Kilroy’s since the very beginning in 1998! He is trained in Continental food and has experience working abroad in Dubai and Qatar. Despite his age, K.C. remains young at heart; ready for a laugh and even a dance if you’re lucky. Don’t miss the Stuffed Chicken Breast, K.C.’s specialty! 



Indian Chef

Jay Bahadur (J.B.) is our Indian Chef since Kilroy’s grand opening in 1988. He’s seen all of Kilroy’s ups and downs and is viewed as a father by most of the staff.  There’s not a weak dish on the menu so sample most of them in Kilroy’s Grand Indian Thali. 


Laxmi has been a barman for 7 years and with us for one year. Laxmi joined us at Kilroy’s one year ago with seven years experience of shaking and stirring.  He’s a lover of practical jokes so keep an eye out for him behind the bar!
